ÉDEN PREMIUM BAKE FREE SPONGE CAKE AND MUFFIN FLOUR MIX 1000 G Ingredients: 250 g Bake-Free sponge cake and muffin flour mix 90 g Eden Premium Erythritol 1 teaspoon vanilla flavouring 310 g room temperature water Preparation: Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, then pour and mix thoroughly. Immediately pour into a 24x24 cm silicone baking tin lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 25 minutes, top to bottom.You can spread your favourite cream or jam on top to taste. You can also garnish with fruit or chocolate. You can season with your favourite spices. RECIPE FOR 5 MUFFINS 125 g Bake-Free sponge cake and muffin flour mix 45 g Eden Premium erythritol half a teaspoon of vanilla flavouring or ground vanilla 155 g room temperature water Preparation: Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, then pour and process thoroughly. Spoon into silicone muffin tins. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes, baking bottom to top.
